Can you still run the project after leaving it? If you change someone, can you achieve the current effect or be better than now? These are two ultimate questions about personal core competencies, and I'm still looking for answers, and I'm in a state where I can say a thing email list or two, but I'm not very sure. For improving personal core competitiveness, I have three suggestions:
Build self-awareness: think about what your strengths are, what your weaknesses are, what your personality is, what you like, who you don't like... Without obvious shortcomings, give full play to your strengths
Maintain an empty cup mentality: Some people are arrogant after making some achievements. It is necessary to recognize that your value is a reflection of your personal ability, or is it given by the platform
Improve knowledge and ability: I have what I have without others, I am excellent with others, and I have multiple abilities in one specialty
The stronger the core competitiveness, the stronger the bargaining power and the stronger the risk resistance will be. People spend their whole lives building and maintaining their own competitiveness.
6. My plan
In another three years, I will enter the thirties, and finally make a simple three-year plan:
Precipitate a set of product methodology from planning to implementation, and share and promote it
Quickly practice project management and team management, hoping to fully assume the role of project leader after three years
Exam plan: soft exam, PBA, teaching resources, MEM
Continuous learning, continuous thinking, continuous summarization, continuous output
In the spring, the branches are beautiful, and when the autumn fruit is full, I will share with you!
